Ammonite Electrical Services specialises in the electrical needs of Domestic/Residential properties, both those privately owned and within the Private Rental Sector including HMO's. No job is too small, (or big!) for our Highly Skilled, Registered, Insured and Fully Endorsed Electrician.
We also provide a range of Electrical Testing Services for Landlords, Tenants, Home Buyers/Sellers and Private Owners. This includes EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Report) and PAT Testing.
Whether you're looking for a simple accessory replacement such as a light switch or socket, fault-finding, a new or upgraded Consumer Unit (Fuse Board,) new garden lighting, a new circuit, a partial or full rewire, Inspection/Testing, or just some clear & independent advice, AES can help. All work is carried out to the standards & requirements of both the latest IET Wiring Regulations, (BS 7671) and the Building Regulations where applicable.
